New Rank: Honored Raider

Honored Raider - New Rank Implementation

I am implementing a new rank in the guild called Honored Raider. This rank will be for long-term raiders of Conviction who have contributed significantly to the growth of our community and who have proven their loyalty and commitment to Conviction.

The following are guidelines that we will follow when considering raiders for this promotion:

Guidelines

1. Must be in the guild for a minimum of 6 months.
   
2. Must conduct themselves appropriately in-game and demonstrate respect for other guild members.
   
3. Attendance and performance will play a part in our decision.
   
4. Contribution(s) to the guild will be HIGHLY considered (taking on guild jobs, additional responsibilities in and outside of raid, contributing to boss strategies, active on the forums, looking over applications, providing feedback on initiatives, etc.)
   
5. Any prior warnings from officers will be considered, and could render you ineligible.
   

Honored Raider Perks
Honored Raiders will now have the ability to do the following:

1. Invite new members (this has been taken away from anyone lower than Raider rank)
   
2. Promote new members (if you invite trials or alts)
   
3. Edit guild notes (especially when alts are invited - guild notes should reflect that)
   
4. Have additional privileges in Mumble/Discord - the ability to move, kick, mute other members
   
5. Have minor forum moderator privileges
   
6. Guild repairs up to 3000 from 1500
   
7. Access to a new "Honored Raider" bank tab (they can pull things out for themselves OR other raiders if an officer isn't online)
   
8. Will be the ONLY people eligible to participate in our weekly Loot Council rotation
   
9. Will be invited to an Officer and Honored Raider ONLY chat channel in-game, so that they have direct contact with officers, as an alternative "officer chat" channel. This will allow Honored Raiders to provide their input on loot distribution, boss strategies, promotions, demotions, etc.
   
10. Additional abilities may be posted in the future
    

Expectations
There will be expectations of Honored Raiders in order to remain at this rank. The following expectations will be monitored:

1. Must not abuse any of the privileges given. This includes removing, muting, promoting, changing guild notes, etc. of any member(s) for invalid reasons.
   
2. Must continue to follow all guild rules and expectations.
   
3. Must continue to be a positive influence in the guild. This means treating EVERYONE with respect, officers and raiders to regular members.
   
4. Must continue to adhere to the expectations and requirements listed to obtain this rank.
   
5. Must not go inactive. This will be cause for demotion.
   

Any expectations that are not met can be cause for demotion back to raider status.

We hope that this rank will allow raiders who have shown loyalty and commitment to Conviction to feel a sense of pride and accomplishment. We want to reward players who take on more responsibility in the guild, and potentially use this as a tool to decide who might be interested in any future officer positions that open up.

Please note that we are taking all things into consideration when deciding on promotions to Honored Raider. Going above and beyond to contribute to our small community will help you get noticed by the officers and other honored raiders in Conviction.
